Vegan Chocolate-Chip-Cookies

Time to make: ~30 minutes, Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 200g Flour (type 405)
  • 125g vegan butter
  • 150g dark chocolate chips
  • 90g white sugar
  • 8g Vanilla sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp apple puree

Instructions

Step 1: mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together in a large bowl.

Step 2: add the chocolate chips to the finished dough and mix until well combined

Step 3: if the dough is too soft, put it into the fridge for a couple of minutes

Step 4: put 6 small balls of dough onto a baking sheet (well spaced) and press them flat a bit (around 1-2 cm in height)

Step 5: put the cookie balls into the pre-heated oven at 180°C for 11-13 minutes until they start to brown on the edges

Step 6: take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.
